Hi, I’m Gianna.
I’m a GLP-1 girlie, and a registered dietitian specializing in helping women who, like me, are taking GLP-1 medications. Navigating the world of GLP-1 medications can be challenging, and I’m here to be your guide, supporter, and bestie on this journey.
As someone who uses GLP-1 medication myself, I truly understand what it’s like to face the ups and downs that come with it. From managing side effects like nausea and fatigue to finding the right foods that work with your medication, I’ve been there. I also know the unique struggles of dealing with PCOS, insulin resistance, and the need for medication to help manage these conditions.
In my practice, I focus on kindness, empathy, and understanding because I believe that every woman deserves a compassionate approach to her health. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported, whether you're just starting on GLP-1 medications or looking for ways to optimize your health and nutrition.

1:1 Individual Coaching
A completely custom experience tailoring your nutrition and movement needs to your day to day life to create the perfect pairing with your GLP-1 medication. With a variety of options from live calls to asynchronous options, we will find the best fit for you.
GLP-1 Girlies Group Program
A 12 week group coaching program for GLP-1 girlies with a sprinkle of individual support with a larger emphasis on group support and guidance to empower you on your GLP-1 journey.
One Time Consult
A one time, 60 minute zoom call to create a game plan for your current health needs. Previous lab work is able to be reviewed and education on all medical conditions and protocols is included.
